Risk Preference, Ambiguity Aversion and Technology Choice: Experimental and Survey Evidence from Peru

We combine experimental measures of risk and ambiguity preferences with a survey to predict the decisions of farmers to adopt new technology in rural Peru. We nd that preferences for ambiguity, but not risk, predict actual technology choices on the farm.
